From an elevated site this new executive holiday home offers, stunning unobstructed views of Ahipara Bay and 90 Mile Beach. A 1 minute stroll finds you right on the waters edge of Ahipara beach, where there are excellent opportunities for safe swimming, surfcasting, boogie boarding, boat launching, jet skiing, shellfish gathering, sunbathing, surfing and more. An 18 Hole Golf course is a 5 minute drive as are the local dairy, takeaways and liquor store. A comfortable and relaxing interior awaits you with quality fittings throughout, and the open plan design and large deck offer you excellent entertaining areas, with the modern and well equipped kitchen being central to both. This is an exceptional property for the discerning holiday maker. (10 minutes to the township of Kaitaia and 20 minutes to Kaitaia Airport.)
Special conditions:
